 Being established since 1993, PCM has
been an official sales agent for International companies supplying
kinds of product such as ingredients, packaging, machinery, etc for
food industry with customers like Vinamilk, Foremost, Nestle, Wall…
In 1995, PCM invested
equipment for meat processing, launching market with standard
products as Bacon, Ham, Breakfast sausages.
In 1997, expanded
business with big investment for all machines and facilities
producing all kinds of processed meat. Getting large market share in
Vietnam with trade mark “Le Conchon D’or” that PCM is proud to
declare the best in Vietnam on processed meat field.
Team worker trained and
developed by French expert – Master Butcher as well as the
collaboration between PCM and ERFA (Espace de Recherche et de
Formation pour’l Alimentation) more developed.
In 2000, imported dairy
processing line from Denmark to produce pasteurized milk and whipping
cream.
All products are now
being supplied for all high class international hotels, restaurants
and resorts in Vietnam.
